Simple stretcher:

Universal stretcher:
At present, the common stretchers are mainly divided into straight rod type, two-fold type and four-fold type. Generally speaking, this type of stretcher mainly uses canvas as the fabric, and the rod of the stretcher is basically supported by wooden materials, including steel cross braces. There is also a wounded fixing belt, which can prevent the wounded from sliding during the transfer process, so as to avoid secondary injury.
Special purpose stretcher:
This type of stretcher is mainly classified as Thomas stretcher, Robinson stretcher, Stokes stretcher, SKED stretcher, etc. If it is classified according to actual use, there are also rescue medical evacuation stretchers at sea or in holes, multi-part fracture fixation stretchers, etc., From the appearance point of view, there are SCOOIP scoop stretchers, basketball stretchers and so on.
Correct use of medical stretchers:
When transporting the wounded, first place the wounded in a supine position, fix the neck, and then insert the left and right pieces of the stretcher into the back of the wounded from the side, and then fasten them before carrying.
When transporting trapped persons, a basket frame can be used to place the trapped persons in the stretcher. The stretcher has "protruding" edges around it and the webbing on the front to "enclose" the trapped persons inside the stretcher. In this way, the trapped person will not be released from the stretcher due to the displacement of the stretcher (such as flipping, shaking).
In general, during the use of the stretcher, the bed surface of the stretcher can be adjusted to tilt forward or backward according to the actual operation requirements. , Equipped with front and rear fixing frames, the stretcher can be locked by installing the stretcher car on the ambulance in a proper position.
